Multichannel recording

I am doing multichannel recording of retina from blind mice. Before recording the retina is transfected with CO3M in bipolar cells. So, the bipolar cells are the light sensor to give visual signal to ganglion cells. To achieve this purpose, checkbox or pictures are projected to the whole retina (20 mm²).
